By downloading, installing, or using the Table Tennis SB mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Table Tennis SB is a table tennis scoreboard and statistics application that allows users to:

  • Track table tennis matches and scores
  • Manage player profiles and opponent information
  • Calculate match statistics and performance analytics
  • Store match history locally on your device
  • Export match data (planned feature)

3. User Accounts and Profiles

3.1 Profile Creation

  • You may create up to 1 profile in the free version
  • Premium users may create up to 4 profiles
  • Profile information includes: name, rating, club, and country
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of profile information

3.2 Data Storage

  • All data is stored locally on your device using SQLite database
  • No personal information is transmitted to external servers
  • You are responsible for backing up your data
  • Data loss due to device issues is not the responsibility of the App

4. Subscription and Premium Features

4.1 Free Trial

  • 7-day free trial available for premium features
  • No payment required during trial period
  • Trial automatically converts to paid subscription unless cancelled

4.2 Subscription Plans

  • Monthly: $3.99/month
  • Yearly: $29.99/year
  • Lifetime: $49.99 one-time payment

4.3 Premium Features

  • Advanced match types (Hardbat, Sandpaper)
  • Up to 4 profiles
  • Unlimited opponents per profile
  • Advanced statistics and analytics
  • Cloud synchronization
  • Export features

4.4 Billing and Cancellation

  • Subscriptions automatically renew
  • Cancel anytime in App Store settings
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods
  • Lifetime purchases are non-refundable

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Permitted Use

  • Personal table tennis match tracking
  • Club and tournament use
  • Educational purposes
  • Non-commercial use

5.2 Prohibited Use

  • Commercial use without permission
  • Reverse engineering or modification
  • Distribution of modified versions
  • Use for illegal activities

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 App Ownership

  • The App and its content are owned by Turtle Hut Software
  • All rights, title, and interest remain with the developer
  • You retain ownership of your user-generated content

6.2 User Content

  • You own the data you create (profiles, matches, statistics)
  • You grant permission to store this data locally
  • No user data is shared with third parties

7. Privacy and Data

7.1 Data Collection

  • Only collects data necessary for app functionality
  • No personal information beyond profile details
  • No tracking or analytics data collection
  • All data stored locally on your device

7.2 Data Usage

  • Used solely for app functionality
  • No sharing with third parties
  • No advertising or marketing use
  • Cloud sync available for premium users

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

8.1 Service Availability

  • App provided "as is" without warranties
  • No guarantee of uninterrupted service
  • Updates may affect functionality
  • Local data storage may be affected by device issues

8.2 Limitation of Liability

  • Developer not liable for data loss
  • No liability for indirect or consequential damages
  • Maximum liability limited to amount paid for app
  • No warranty for fitness for particular purpose

9. Updates and Changes

9.1 App Updates

  • Updates may be required for continued use
  • New features may be added
  • Some features may be modified or removed
  • Users will be notified of significant changes

9.2 Terms Updates

  • Terms may be updated periodically
  • Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes
  • Material changes will be communicated to users
  • Users can reject changes by discontinuing use

10. Termination

10.1 User Termination

  • You may stop using the App at any time
  • Subscription cancellation through App Store
  • Local data remains on your device
  • No refund for unused subscription periods

10.2 Developer Termination

  • Service may be discontinued with notice
  • Users will be notified of discontinuation
  • Local data will remain accessible
  • No liability for service discontinuation

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the developer operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts.
